Redline Auto Group is a fast-growing automotive company committed to delivering exceptional vehicle solutions and customer experiences. We're looking for a Marketor / Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified leads and power our next phase of growth.

The Role

As the Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll own and optimize our digital marketing funnel from strategy to execution. You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, create high-converting assets, and use data to continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities

- Design and manage full-funnel lead generation strategies
- Create landing pages, lead magnets, ad copy, and nurture sequences
- Track performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversions) using GA4 and CRM tools
- Conduct A/B testing to improve results
- Manage CRM workflows (Zoho)

Qualifications

- 2+ years in digital marketing or lead generation
- Hands-on experience with paid media and funnel-building




- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics tools
- Proficient with platforms like ClickFunnels, GA4, and major ad networks
- Excellent copywriting and campaign execution skills

Bonus Skills

- Automotive or retail experience
- SEO or organic lead gen knowledge
- Basic design (Canva, Figma)
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models
