Overview

Duties

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales management, merchandising, and inventory control
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping activities accurately
- Oversee POS systems, pricing strategies, and purchasing processes to optimize store performance
- Conduct training and development sessions for staff to enhance skills and knowledge
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and sales
- Monitor store budgets and assist with financial planning and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store procedures

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills




- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management
- Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and sales management tools
- Strong customer service orientation with effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Administrative experience including inventory control, marketing support, and organizational tasks
- Proficiency in math for financial calculations and data analysis

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
