About the Role : As Assistant Manager , you help own the success of the store by driving sales, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment. We’re looking for someone who can lead with excellence and bring energy, competitiveness, and commitment to every shift.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Development & Leadership - Train and develop a high-performing team.
- Sales & Profitability - Drive individual and store performance to exceed company sales goals and profit expectations.
- Operational Excellence - Execute daily store operations, including inventory management, floor sets, and company initiatives.

What You Bring : ✔ 1-3 years of retail experience , including previous management experience. ✔ Strong ability to train, develop, and lead employees to success. ✔ A competitive, energetic, and goal-driven mindset.



✔ Ability to work a flexible schedule , including nights, weekends, and holidays. ✔ Excellent customer service and sales skills with a positive, outgoing attitude. ✔ A proven track record of maintaining operational efficiency in a retail setting.

Pay: $17.26-$18.96 per hour
