Capital Power in Canada is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the Plant Operations and Maintenance team. You will oversee safe, reliable, and effective execution of the plant’s operations and maintenance activities, reporting to the Plant Manager.

You will provide technical leadership, manage outages, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvement to optimize asset health and production performance across a gas-fired plant environment.
