Support Responsibilities :

- Interacting with customers and providing high quality service and a positive dine-in or take-out experience,
- Handling payments.
- Dealing with customer complaints while remaining calm, positive and respectful at all times, and passing on relevant information to the manager or shift leader as necessary.

Support Requirements :

- We are looking for team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be positive, energetic, able to remain calm under pressure, and willing to learn.
- Reliability, ability to work cooperatively with all other team members and strong organizational skills are a must, as you will often need to juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
- Willingness to learn Hecklers menu in-depth in order to provide best possible experience to guests.




- Must be adaptable and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced workplace.
