• Support lesson delivery alongside the Primary Teacher • Lead pre-assigned classroom activities and group work • Provide targeted help to recent and struggling students • Maintain classroom flow during individual teacher attention • Independently teach when the Primary Teacher is absent

Requirements: • Must be 18+ with a Bachelor’s Degree • Successful background screening required • Completion of FTM 1 and FTM 2 • Ability to commit to regular shifts • Professional communication and conduct expected
