FluoRok is seeking a Management Accountant to enhance our finance function as we scale. This role will focus on financial reporting, month-end processes, and ongoing finance operations.

As a crucial part of our finance transformation at FluoRok, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Finance. This role requires managing journal entries, reconciliations, and cash reporting, while also supporting the transition to an in-house finance system. You will play a vital role in shaping our financial processes as a rapidly growing deep-tech company.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage month-end timetable and prepare financial journals • Support the transition to an in-house finance function • Prepare monthly management accounts and cash reporting • Oversee purchase and sales ledger accounting activities • Document finance processes and improve financial controls

Requirements: • Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) • Experience in month-end close and management accounts • Strong knowledge of VAT and payroll accounting • Proficient with cloud-based accounting systems, ideally Xero • Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
