Vaco by Highspring in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Regional Accountant to support a regional real estate portfolio across development and rental operations. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports, budgets, and JVs, with a focus on IFRS, GL reconciliations, and variance analysis.

CPA designation is required; 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience; solid Excel skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
