Key Responsibilities:



• Own technical development from concept to pre-production • Create and maintain digital patterns using Gerber AccuMark • Develop and grade patterns for fit consistency • Conduct garment fittings and recommend solutions • Collaborate with overseas factories on technical inquiries

Requirements: • Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design or related field • 3–7+ years of technical development experience • High proficiency in Gerber AccuMark and Adobe Illustrator • Strong garment fitting and construction knowledge • Excellent communication and organizational skills
