An exciting prospect has arisen within the Nairn Integrated Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a Band 5 Nurse to join our team for 23 hours per week. This is a seven-day service, and we are looking for someone to cover two shifts per week (2 x 11.5) (subject to change).
This post is based in our 16 bedded ward providing care for a wide range of conditions including day cases. The ethos of the ward is to promote self-care, independence and timely discharge along with delivery of palliative and end of life care.
The ward works closely with the wider Primary health and Social Care Team.
