Job Summary PCS is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our service team supporting telecommunications, life-safety, and security systems in seniors housing communities . This role involves a mix of on-site service calls and remote technical support , ensuring critical systems remain reliable, compliant, and fully operational.

Responsibilities

- Provide on-site and remote service, troubleshooting, and repair for telecommunications and security systems

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to nurse call, telephone, CCTV, card access, and A/V systems :

- Perform system testing, configuration, and minor installations or upgrades

- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner

- Communicate clearly with clients, caregivers, and internal team members

- Document service activities, findings, and resolutions accurately

- Support preventative maintenance programs and system inspections

- Adhere to safety standards, site protocols, and company procedures

- Participate in on-call rotation as required

- Telephone / VoIP Systems
- CCTV / Video Surveillance
- Card Access / Electronic Access Control
- Audio / Visual Systems
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience working in seniors housing, healthcare, or occupied facilities (strongly preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
- Comfortable using laptops, mobile devices, and service software

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
