Waste Be Gone is a growing dumpster rental and junk removal company serving Red Deer and Central Alberta. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Driver/Laborer to join our team.
This is a hands-on position that combines truck driving, dumpster deliveries, junk removal, house clean-outs, and general labor. No two days are the same.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver and pick up dumpsters safely and professionally.
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers.
- Perform junk removal and property clean-outs.
- Load and unload materials, furniture, appliances, and construction debris.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Interact professionally with customers on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Requirements :
- Valid Class 5 license ( Air brakes is considered an asset).
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Comfortable driving trucks, trailers, and backing into tight locations.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Robust work ethic and positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and customer focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Assets (Not Required)
- Air Brake (Q) endorsement.
- Experience operating hooklift trucks, dump trailers, skid steers, or other equipment.
- Previous experience in waste management, construction, moving, landscaping, or junk removal.
