What You'll Be Doing Work directly with drivers day to day, not from behind a desk Train drivers on load securement, safety, and ELDs Help onboard new drivers and set clear expectations from day one Check in with drivers regularly and make sure they are set up for success Step in when issues come up and handle tough conversations the right way Review camera events and walk through situations with drivers Follow up on incidents and focus on learning, not just discipline

Skills and Experience Needed

Valid AZ License with real flatbed experience Practical experience as a driver trainer Strong understanding of strapping,



chaining, and securement Solid knowledge of HOS, safety regulations, and ELDs Good communication skills and the ability to earn driver trust Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate situations

You understand what drivers deal with out there You treat drivers with respect and fairness You are safe "cheerleader!"
