Position Overview

Essential Job Functions

- To ensure we are transporting all products to and from sites, providing excellent customer service, and living up to our company values.
- Supporting Tenting and event installs/teardowns, deliveries/pickups, product maintenance, client order installations, packaging, cleaning, and all general labour requirements both at the warehouse or off-site.
- Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adhering to the 5s warehouse principles of Sort, Standardize, set in order, Sustain and Shine.
- Ensuring all product is being picked, loaded,



dismantled, and returned to the warehouse in an organized and efficient manner.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Communication with the client before, during and prior to leaving the customer’s site.
- Calling customers ahead of Deliveries and Pickups to notify of arrival expectations
- Strive for 100% accuracy on loading orders onto the vehicles. Eliminating errors due to missing products for all deliveries/pick-ups.
- Addressing and notifying the Operations Manager and sales team about any defects or breakage of inventory.
- Maintaining vehicles operation and cleanliness, as well as communicating any known issues to be fixed or maintained in a timely manner.
- Driving safely and securing all loads.

Education/Experience Requirements

- Experience in operating all types of vehicles from pick-up trucks and vans to cube trucks and 5-ton Straight trucks.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Robust work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as with mínimal supervision.
- Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs may be required.

Job Type : Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
