JOB POSTING - CLASS 4 OR 5 DRIVER

Desired qualifications :

- Must possess a Class 5 Driver’s License, Class 4 Driver’s license would be preferred
- Communication in English, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of French an asset
- Must obtain a successful completion of Adult Abuse Registry Check and Criminal Record Checks
- Emergency First Aid
- Must be able to maintain valuable positive working relations with others
- Must be inclined to work with people with intellectual disabilities
- Must regard participants and co-workers with respect and dignity
- Must adhere to the Agency Guide to ALIDA

Duties





- Must be capable of driving a regular van, ability to drive a 15-passenger van (Class 4) would be an asset
- Work Part-time hours
- Must be available for work between 7:00am and 9:00am (pick-up) (approximately)
- Must be available for work between 3:15pm and 5:15pm (drop-off) (approximately)
- Must be physically capable of assisting clients in and out of van as well as walkers or other medical equipment

Start Date : March 2026

Salary : Starting at $20.23/hr. as per union agreement
