Job Overview

Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts to move lumber and other building products safely within the warehouses and lumber yard.
- Perform order picking tasks, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
- Load and unload lumber from delivery trucks, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Load product for customers and demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Assist in building displays or setups as needed for product presentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure secure operation.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling heavy materials and operating machinery.
- Deliver orders to customers, contractors, or job sites

Requirements :

- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, clamp trucks, and other heavy equipment is essential.




- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
