Steerman’s Quality Meats is a family owned & operated butcher shop offering retail, wholesale and custom cut orders. We sell all types of beef, poultry & pork products, serving islanders with the highest quality meats directly from the farm.

Job Overview:

We are hiring to add to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for serving customers, processing transactions and assist with wrapping meat products.

Major Responsibilities:

· Serve customers who arrive at the business

· Answer phone calls, emails and online sales requests and respond to customers.

· Process transactions and customer orders.

· Assist with wrapping meat products





· Assist in prepping delivery vehicles with customer orders

· Other tasks as required to ensure the overall success of the business

Attributes & Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service, organizational, communication, time management and interpersonal skills

· Positive Attitude

· Ability to multitask and problem solve

· Ensure customer satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner.

· Previous customer service experience considered an asset.
