Scope:

* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting
property-management firms and business owners who have asphalt/pothole
repair needs.

* Conduct outreach calls (or supervise outsourcers) to set
vendor-agreements with property managers/businesses.

* Manage lead lists, segment contacts, track progress (leads →
meetings → signed agreements).

* Work closely with our team to craft messaging, build funnel,
automate follow-ups.

Compensation:

* Commission per signed vendor-contract. [You define % or flat fee]

* Opportunity for bonus if targets exceeded (e.g., X signed
deals/month).

Your profile:

* Proven experience in B2B outreach (email + calls) and closing
deals.

* Solid communicator and driver; enjoys direct-response marketing.

* Comfortable working on performance-based compensation.
