Business Development Specialist Company Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to represent our brand at global exhibitions and drive business growth.
This is a remote role for a Business Development Specialist at Elate Pay. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and driving revenue and brand visibility for our fintech solutions. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients and partners at global exhibitions, building strategic relationships, analyzing market trends, developing strategies to expand the business, communicating with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Role : Business Development Specialist
Contract Duration : 3 months (with potential for extension)
Location : Remote with travel to global exhibitions (e.g., Provide post-event reports on leads, partnerships, and market insights to the leadership team.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles is an asset.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in fintech or related industries.
Demonstrated success in lead generation and relationship building.
Strong networking and negotiation skills to secure partnerships and deals.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Suite.
Experience in market research is an asset.




Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions (1-year valid passport is required).
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Competitive compensation for the contract duration, with travel expenses covered.
