Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we’re looking for an Account Coordinator to support Senior Strategists in managing a portfolio of client accounts and help ensure strategy is executed consistently and effectively.
The Account Coordinator supports Senior Strategists in managing a portfolio of client accounts. This role is focused on coordination, performance tracking, and operational support across multiple delivery channels to ensure strategy is executed consistently and effectively.
This is a role for someone with a foundation in marketing or advertising who wants to grow into a strategic, client-facing position.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in media, performance, and DTC marketing.

- Education or experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and agency environments is preferred

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES





Act as the day-to-day point of coordination with delivery teams across Google, Meta, TikTok, Email, Retention, Pinterest, and Creative Production
Performance & Reporting
Track account performance and key KPIs across channels
Support reporting by pulling data, organizing insights, and flagging trends or issues
Client & Meeting Support
Account Operations
Maintain account documentation, timelines, and task tracking
Support onboarding and ongoing account hygiene
Help ensure a consistent and professional client experience
You’ll work closely with Senior Strategists to support execution across multiple performance channels. This role plays a critical part in keeping accounts organized, communication flowing, and teams aligned—creating the foundation for solid strategy and excellent client experience.
