Client Success Specialist
Victoria, BC (In office)
Hours: 7am - 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 salary (plus potential bonuses)

This means collaborating closely with communities to navigate complex challenges without causing an affordability and inequity crisis.

Our training program provides you with in-depth insights into municipal government, financial management, SaaS, and Client Success. we are committed to supporting your development at every stage, with regular check-ins designed to help you thrive.

Utilizing Excel to extract, transform, and load financial, utility, and infrastructure data from local governments into Waterworth. Initiatives for data automation are highly encouraged!

Use your accounting fundamentals and domain knowledge to build and calibrate forward-looking financial models that turn data into visual stories.

Support community growth by partnering with City Managers,



Finance Directors, and Public Works Directors (our "Waterworth Champions") to deliver critical insights for their long-term strategic planning.

This includes conducting live online presentations for councils, boards, and the public to aid in informed decision-making.

Earn trust and credibility as a go-to advisor for senior municipal leaders. Understand key accounting/finance concepts and you’re excited to apply that knowledge to real-world challenges in public sector contexts.

Proficient in Excel
Must be able to demonstrate experience using spreadsheets to analyze data and build models. Candidates will be tested on their Excel skills during the interview process.

Experience in presenting complex data insights with clarity to key stakeholders.
