Regional Director – Fractional CFO | New Brunswick

Remote-Based | Must reside in New Brunswick and be available for regular travel throughout the region. The CFO Centre Canada is seeking an entrepreneurial C‑Suite business leader to take on the role of Regional Director, developing and leading the New Brunswick region. This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to grow a regional business backed by the world's leading provider of Fractional and Part time CFO services, while benefiting from The CFO Centre's established presence in Atlantic Canada and the experience and support of an existing Regional Director in the broader market.

The ideal candidate will combine C‑Suite leadership experience with strong commercial and business‑development capability. Experience as a CFO or senior finance leader would be an asset.

Your primary role will be Regional Director , focused on developing client and referral relationships, driving regional growth, and recruiting and leading a team of experienced CFOs. The CFO Centre is the world's leading provider of Fractional and Part-Time CFO services.

As Regional Director, you will:

Build your own client portfolio and strategic referral partnerships with banks, accountants, lawyers and advisors

Drive business development and regional revenue growth

Build on The CFO Centre's established Atlantic Canada presence and collaborate with an experienced Regional Director





Collaborate with national leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Build a sustainable, high‑performing regional business

A fractional CFO or finance consultant who has built their own practice

A former Audit, Assurance, Private Enterprise or Advisory Partner

A CEO, President, senior C‑Suite executive or business‑development executive

A business owner or entrepreneur

A banking, finance or professional‑services leader with robust SME relationships

Five or more years of senior leadership experience in a C‑Suite, CFO or financial leadership role

A strong professional network within the region

Demonstrated business-development and relationship‑building capability

A passion for helping businesses grow and succeed

Credibility and confidence working with business owners and senior executives

Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive

Leadership and coaching capability

Experience with large or mid‑tier public or privately held businesses

Building a successful advisory business requires more than expertise.
