The Front of the House Server ensures guest satisfaction, by serving Food and Beverage as requested for meal periods and/or events. The Server supports the team needs. Other tasks, such as light food preparation, set up or cleaning duties, will be assigned throughout the shifts.

Hours: Saturday & Sunday 8am to 4pm; weekdays as per business needs.

Part time position: Every weekend; weekday shifts are based on business needs

Replenish Food and Beverage products during services

Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during meal periods

Pick up and clean up food and beverage after meal services

Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the services and events and return equipment to accurate storage as applicable

Provide excellent customer service to all guests

Follow safety policies and procedures

Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.

Adaptable to customer needs.

Maintains the privacy, safety, and dignity of each customer by observing client confidentiality and by closely adhering to safety and sanitation standards

Adheres to ARAMARK's Business Conduct Policy at all times.

Previous customer service experience preferred

Experience in food service preferred

Needs to communicate fluently in the English language

Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
