Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale its RevOps practice. This senior, client-facing role combines people leadership with deep Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot expertise.

You will partner with the Director to guide a team of RevOps strategists, oversee complex engagements, and stay hands-on in client environments to architect and troubleshoot where needed.
