Job : The Nurse Educator for Children's Subspecialty Programs at JPCH integrates clinical expertise and experience, knowledge of nursing theories as well as principles of teaching and learning, in supporting the educational needs of health care providers with the subspecialty programs within the Pediatric Outpatient Department. The Clinical Nurse Educator facilitates professional development by engaging health care providers in lifelong learning activities to enhance their professional competence and role performance. The Educator will assess learning needs of teams as well as develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate educational activities for health professionals.
