We’re seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to bring technical excellence and leadership to our innovative, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the design, development, and optimization of complex mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring every solution meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability. As a senior member of the engineering group, you’ll mentor emerging engineers, guide multidisciplinary teams, and drive high-impact projects from concept through execution. Your expertise will help shape strategic initiatives, influence design direction, and strengthen our mechanical engineering capabilities.

Serve as the Engineer of Record and discipline lead on designated projects.
Lead the execution of projects and managing discipline project spend, deliverable quality and management of change.
Track and report on the progress of projects to project management.
Technical Experience
Experience in the creation and checking of material specifications for piping systems
Experience with design and specification of pressure equipment such as tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers
Ensure all deliverables comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Able to travel to job sites as required.
Effectively communicate within project teams and with clients in a remote working environment.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence at all levels.
