Adecco is hiring a Business Development Representative to join our own family of permanent colleagues. This role will be reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales and will be responsible for qualifying leads and targeted prospecting through phone and email outreach on behalf of Adecco. This role is remote and candidates can be located anywhere in Canada, however we prefer that you have the ability to work during core business hours Monday to Friday (EST). Qualifyingweb leads received and manages chat bot responses ensuring timely follow up

Maintainingrecords of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Adecco office technology

To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:

Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven consistently high levels of sales performance, with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience.

A minimum of three (3) years related work experience in customer service.

Preferred two (2)



years working experience in sales and/or staffing.

Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and e-mail applications.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
