We are currently seeking a n experienced Recruitment Assistant to join our internal team based out of Charlottetown, PEI.
T he Recruitment Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the recruitment team , to help ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. The Recruitment Assistant is a key point of contact with our employees and clients, as they call in to the office with various inquiries; Ensuring office atmosphere is warm, welcoming and professional for clients, candidates and others visiting office.




Greet office visitors, answer phones and provide information and/or direct calls to the appropriate person
Maintain good relationship with all candidates, employees, and corporate clients
Assist the recruitment team in screening eligible candidates and administer computer-based skill testing
Call candidates who are scheduled for an interview but have not completed the online application
Audit the system weekly to ensure all temporary foreign workers on our payroll have a valid work or study permit
Maintain adequate supply of forms, orientation materials, and office supplies
Various administrative and clerical duties including sorting and distributing mail, filing, preparing office correspondence, and maintaining files
Completed bachelors’ degree or college diploma
Two to three years’ office administration experience
Solid writing and typing skill s
