Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training) About The Role

At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. As an IAM Analyst, your real-world expertise will directly shape how AI reasons about identity risk, access control failures, and enterprise security vulnerabilities.

This is a fully remote, versatile contract role. Type: Hourly Contract

Location: Remote

Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and risk patterns

Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI learn how IAM risk actually emerges and propagates in real environments

Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes





~ Experience with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or SailPoint

Familiarity with identity governance and privileged access management (PAM)

Background in cloud security, penetration testing, or security architecture

Prior experience contributing to AI training, red teaming, or security research

Fully remote and asynchronous — work when and where you want
