- Manage the work on the roadmap and maintain a clear view of progress, risks, dependencies and challenges;
- Facilitate daily huddles, sprint planning, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives by orienting them towards value delivery;
- Identify relevant indicators to improve team predictability, quality, and performance;
- Anticipate risks and obstacles, coordinate mitigation plans and quickly escalate issues requiring intervention;
- Foster a culture of accountability, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and results-orientation;
- Hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in information technology;
- Have significant experience as a Scrum Master in squads or large-scale technology transformation initiatives;
- Demonstrate relevant experience in delivery or project management in Agile mode;
- Effectively manage uncertainty, ambiguity and changes in priority;
- Proficient interpersonal relations and stakeholder management,



including interactions with executive-level stakeholders;
- Understand and apply Agile values and principles pragmatically;
- Knowledge of modern data platforms and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (an asset);
- Knowledge of Databricks, advanced analytics platforms, or artificial intelligence solutions (an asset);
- Experience in a DevOps, DataOps, or MLOps workplace (an asset);
- Hold an Agile or Scrum certification (an asset);
- Experience in multidisciplinary strategic programs (an asset);
