Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :** • Contribute to the exploitation and enhancement of data collected through different channels; • Extract, describe, analyze and interpret data to facilitate business decision-making; • Interpret the organization's master and reference data and ensure the quality of the data delivered by the execution teams; • Support clients in the context of intervention mandates and the development of analytical solutions; • Design reports adapted to business needs by exploiting available data; • Participate in the realization of complex business files and projects requiring in-depth analysis and detailed knowledge of the business field; • Develop recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization's directions and objectives; • Act as a resource person for the exploitation and valorization of data with the various stakeholders; • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand needs, present analysis results and communicate them. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:** • Possess a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience; • Experience with tools and best practices for data analysis, transformation, and loading; • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban; • Be proficient in SAS and DAX languages; • Knowledge of databases and SQL; • Use Power BI, EBX, and Excel; • Demonstrate excellent communication and outreach skills; • Meticulousness, attention to detail and strong analytical skills; • Possess a strategic mindset and the ability to make quality decisions; • Knowledge of data security principles, including access patterns and data protection (an asset); • Accept a hybrid work arrangement that requires in office presence two days a week.
