With your knowledge of our authentically local menu you will ensure our guests receive an unrivaled experience at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.
Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
Have full knowledge of all menu items, retail products, contents and preparation methods
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and rotating promotions
Prepare specialty coffee and service of items “to go”
Complete daily and monthly inventory
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Adhere to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehicles (when applicable)
Previous Food & Beverage and/or retail experience required within the last 2 years
Previous Barista experience required
Pro Serve certification required
Visa Requirements: The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
Rate of Pay: $17.47 per hour
