Build a pipeline of current sales opportunities through phone, email, research, and strategic prospecting.
Research districts, priorities, and decision-makers to make outreach relevant.
Consistently follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline in Salesforce.
Partner with Xello’s sales team on territory and account strategies.
Own your results, review your performance, seek coaching, and continuously improve.




A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales .

- A strong, results-driven mindset, with the internal drive to achieve and exceed sales and pipeline goals while continuously looking for ways to improve your performance.
- 1-2 years of sales, business development, prospecting, or related experience is an asset.

This role is open to candidates based remotely in Canada or the United States.
The compensation for this role offers an OTE ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 CAD/$62,000 - $78,000 USD, with a 65/35 split between base salary and performance-based incentive compensation.
