Field Service Representative based in Manitoba/Northern Ontario who will service, repair, and install Stryker acute care and treatment products at customer sites. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting maintenance, performing installations, and providing technical support across a multi-province service area with up to 70% travel.
Responsibilities
Conduct troubleshooting and fault isolation on customer equipment; determine technical solutions
Perform equipment maintenance, preventative servicing, installations, and warranty work at customer sites
Provide post-sale in-servicing and training on equipment operation and maintenance
Identify additional customer needs and communicate opportunities to appropriate Stryker personnel
Maintain accurate inventory of Stryker equipment and parts; complete administrative duties
Requirements
Post-secondary diploma in mechanical, electronics, or electrical disciplines, or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to travel up to 70% across Canadian provinces and territories
University degree preferred
Technical school background in mechanical, electronics, or electrical preferred
