Account Executive
menumiz is a leading hospitality technology and payment company based in Australia that provides AI-powered POS and comprehensive hospitality solutions through its brands: menumiz, Hospoware, Hospoforce, Hospomarket, and Restaurantility. Our mission is to collaborate closely with hospitality operators to optimize operations, boost revenue, and elevate guest experience using cutting-edgetechnology.
We are seeking a dynamic, full-time offshore Account Executive to generate current business and build strong client relationships within the hospitality sector.
You will be responsible for cold calling and lead generation, conducting product demonstrations, delivering compelling sales presentations, addressing customer questions and objections, and closing new business opportunities.
This role is essential to expanding our customer base and supporting the successful adoption of Menumiz solutions.
This is a fully remote role aligned with Melbourne working hours . Sales & Business Development
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to potential client concerns.
- Develop and send proposals, negotiate terms, and close new deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market & Product Knowledge
~ Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and market insights.
CRM & Reporting
- Accurately record sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
At least 5years B2B sales experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in a POS company.
- Experience working with hospitality customers, such as restaurants, cafés, and hotels.
- Experience working in hospitality technology.
- Strong ability to identify commercial opportunities and close sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Menumiz will provide software licences only.
