Job Description

Mandate Overview:

- The client is looking for a senior project manager who actsas an RTE in a high-visibility delivery ecosystem. The role combines two areas:scaled agile facilitation (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, System Demo)and traditional project management (capacity, costs, schedules, steeringcommittees). The uniqueness of the assignment lies in the performance angle:the client wants someone who measures the flow efficiency, the predictabilityof increments, and turns this data into decisions for senior management. Theprojects are multi-year, multi-team, with business and IT components andparallel deliveries. The interest in AI (GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot) is aimedat automating reports and anticipating risks, not at an AI project role.

- Target candidate: a project manager with 5 to 8+ years ofexperience who has held an RTE role for at least 3 years, with demonstrated PIPlanning and coordination of multiple teams. They work driven by metrics (flow,predictability, ADO dashboards) and know how to present to an executivecommittee. Experience in insurance is a plus, ideally in claims or pricing.

Requirements

Required:

- Agile or hybrid context at scale (Secure, Kanban at scale, orLean Portfolio Management)

- Knowledge of IT (development, architecture, Azure DevOps,ADO dashboards)

- Understanding of the insurance sector (rating, claims)

- Mobilizing leadership, executive communication, teamcoaching

Preferred:

- Performance management through metrics and flow indicators,visibility, ADO dashboards, LeanKit or Planview AgilePlace, Power BI

- Demonstrated curiosity about AI and generative AI applied todelivery

Asset:

- DevOps delivery maturity (CI/CD, test automation, releasemanagement)

- Use of AI productivity tools (GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot)

Profiles to Exclude:

- Profile mentioning Scrum or SAFe without demonstratedresponsibility for coordinating multiple teams (Scrum Master of just one team).

- Traditional project manager profile without PI Planning oran agile-at-scale framework.

- Agile coach or SPC profile focused on training, withoutresponsibility for delivery or reporting to a steering committee.

- Release Manager (deployments) profile presented as RTE,without facilitating ceremonies at scale.

- Profile mentioning project management without anyperformance metrics (flow, predictability, dashboard).
