SE Health is searching for a highly qualified Associate Legal Counsel to strengthen its legal team. Reporting to the SVP, Chief Legal, Privacy and Compliance Officer, you will advise on commercial agreements and corporate governance while addressing privacy and compliance issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic legal advice on internal policies and plans
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and procurement matters




- Manage litigation and oversee external legal counsel
- Assist with corporate governance and compliance regulations
- Collaborate with various teams on legal supports and initiatives

Requirements:

- LLB/JD completion and licensed in Ontario
- Minimum five years of legal experience in relevant settings
- Experience in health law is an asset
