Key Responsibilities:

- Create current patient profiles in Epic software
- Schedule patient appointments based on priority
- Handle patient inquiries via telephone and in-person
- Maintain inventory and organize medical records
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures

Requirements:

- Secondary School Graduation Diploma required
- Six months of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Epic and Cadence software
- Bilingual in English and French
- Criminal Record Check mandatory
