Adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining clear communication, organized documentation, and consistent delivery of high-quality work.

Experience administering Atlassian Jira or comparable SaaS applications, including system configuration, maintenance, and operational support.

Practical knowledge of Jira workflows, permissions, custom fields, user access management, and automation capabilities.

Experience supporting data migration processes, including data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation across systems.

Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Airtable, with the ability to analyze structured and tabular datasets effectively.

Strong requirements analysis and analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to clarify ambiguous requests and identify dependencies.

Experience preparing transparent technical documentation and communicating system-related information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for documentation, data analysis, testing, and workflow automation.

Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated results and ensure outputs meet accuracy, security, and data governance standards.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, changing requirements, and multiple technical tasks.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred; relevant professional experience in SaaS administration, systems support, integrations, or data migration is also valuable.
