Drive excellence in technical support as the Medium Voltage Products Supervisor at Rockwell Automation in Cambridge, ON. Lead a hybrid team specializing in support for Medium Voltage and French Canadian products.

In this role, you will oversee a team of Technical Support specialists focused on diagnosing and troubleshooting Medium Voltage Products. Collaborating with regional teams, your leadership will enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and management processes.

In addition, you will also supervise support for products in French Canada and contribute to customer training and installation discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement integrated support strategies for products
- Supervise engineers responding to complex support issues




- Communicate with Product and Quality Management teams

- Ensure technical support engineers are updated on product changes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% for team support
- 2+ years of management experience preferred
- Experience in Medium or Low Voltage Drives beneficial
- Robust issue resolution and KPIs establishment skills
