The Salvation Army Booth Centre Hamilton is seeking a Case Worker to support residents experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. You will conduct intake, assess needs using VI SPDAT and Diversion tools, and coordinate referrals to community resources.
Under supervision, you will provide problem-solving and case management, maintaining confidentiality and documentation, and participating in the Harm Reduction Program. This is a temporary full time 37.5-hour role with day shifts.
