CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance
What You Will Do Each Day
Generate and nurture leads, follow up with prospects, and set appointments
Create
accurate estimates
using measurements and square footage calculations
Present solutions,
negotiate, and close deals
while maintaining a outstanding customer experience
Keep all activity organized in the
CRM
and collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements
Valid driver’s license and
reliable transportation
Comfortable with a
commission-based / commission-heavy pay structure
Sales experience preferred
(home services or door-to-door sales is a plus)
Comfortable
being on your feet for extended periods
Tech-fluent, including estimating software, basic measurements, and square footage calculations
Fluent in English
