24 MonthsOverview:Our insurance client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the
Factory Build Work Package
as part of the
Enterprise Data Platform (EDM) Program. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IDP, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business goals.Coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.Stakeholder Management:Communicate proactively with program, internal, and external stakeholders.Provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.Ensure project alignment with business objectives.Identify and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and assumptions.Develop and implement mitigation plans.Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Lead and motivate project team members.Provide coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholders.Technical Expertise:Utilize knowledge of SDLC and data platforms to guide the project team and stakeholders.Ensure robust data management standards are followed.Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and align with overall IT strategy.Must Haves:8+ years of proven experience as an IT PMProven ability to deliver IT projects via a PDLC/SDLCProficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.Proven experience managing high-visibility, time-sensitive regulatory initiativesStrong governance and stakeholder coordination across business and technology teamsAbility to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and drive decisions forwardFamiliarity working across application teams and data/technology landscapes, with an understanding of data governance principlesPMP and/or PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferredSenior IT Project Manager, Enterprise Data Platform Delivery (Factory Build) - 8135Duration:
