Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare decision-helpful research materials, memos, and presentations

• Conduct fundamental analyses of companies and sectors

• Review market news relevant to corporate governance
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of strategic research experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis
