Cencora is seeking a bilingual Patient Services Case Coordinator in Charlottetown, PEI, to support patient access, education and case management within our Innomar Strategies portfolio.

You will manage patient and clinic records, coordinate communications, handle program calls, and participate in market research and training activities while ensuring data integrity and adherence to SOPs. Fluency in French and English required.
