This full-time role focuses on enhancing manufacturing processes and introducing new components in our Winnipeg hub. You'll collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, developing detailed process instructions and ensuring product definitions are met. Your expertise in sheet metal, machining, and hydraulic systems will be pivotal to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Introduce current components into production efficiently
• Optimize manufacturing processes and create instructions
• Collaborate on product definition and tooling issues
• Maintain product documentation and shop order routings
• Investigate non-conformances and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering Technology
• 3 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of CINCOM is an asset
• Experience with composite manufacturing and heat treating
