You will leverage your expertise in child development and health sciences while overseeing teams in Child Life, Awasisak, and Patient Family Centered Care. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will advocate for innovative strategies to enhance service quality and support families facing complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct supervision to Team Leads in Child Life departments




• Oversee financial management and resource allocation
• Develop program strategies and lead service innovation
• Facilitate meetings among multidisciplinary teams
• Advocate for patient and family needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in child development, health sciences, or related field
• 3-5 years of acute care hospital experience
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Active BLS certification
• Cultural knowledge and diversity awareness
