This Cashier position reports directly to the Gas Bar Manager at the Selkirk Gas Bar in Manitoba. You'll need strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues while educating them on membership benefits. Your duties will include managing the cash register, stocking merchandise, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations on tobacco and lottery sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver fast and efficient world-class customer service
• Educate customers on Red River Co-op membership benefits
• Maintain proper stock levels in the C-store




• Operate the cash register and process customer payments
• Follow safety measures and report hazardous conditions
Requirements:
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills
• Retail experience, particularly handling cash, is an asset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Good mental math skills for cash transactions
• Availability from 3pm-11pm
