Over 25% of our staff Canada wide have been with us for over 10 years, and we are extremely proud to provide our unwavering commitment to becoming your destination employer.How you'll contributeAs one of our Heat Service Road Technician, you'll play a key role in servicing our on-site Heating Equipment and keeping our fleet rental ready through:Diagnosing, testing, and repairing on-site natural gas, propane, and electric industrial heaters and air conditioners.Providing on-site maintenance services including oil changes, filter changes, light replacements, etc.Possessing excellent product knowledge and effectively transferring this knowledge to customers. This includes explaining features and benefits, safe operating techniques and promoting related accessories/products.Ensuring that every customer is treated in the same fair and consistent manner and resolving issues as they arise.Assisting in making decisions related to equipment retirementCompleting all work orders and related paperwork with respect to the service of equipment in order to preserve the integrity of our Rental Management computer system.Following the appropriate checklists and procedures including reading and referring to owner's manuals and schematics when repairing equipment.Maintaining inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of our Rental Management system.Operating and testing equipment and, where possible, under actual operating conditions.Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing required PPECompleting other duties as assignedWhat we're looking forMinimum 21 years of ageG Class Driver's License with clean drivers abstract (valid within the last 90 days)High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not requiredHeavy Equipment trades and/or G2 Gas certification is a strong assetMinimum 1 year of experience servicing heating equipment, construction equipment or experience in a similar background.
