In this role, you will report to the Food and Beverage Management Team. Your main responsibilities include providing efficient service and cultivating a peaceful atmosphere for guests. You will need at least two years of high-volume serving experience to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and present menus with enthusiasm
• Provide quick and courteous service at all times
• Prepare and serve beverages including wine and spirits
• Collect payments and prepare invoices accurately
• Organize and clean service stations promptly
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Two years of high-volume serving experience
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Physically fit, capable of lifting 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
